Make sure you do the following on the day of the test:
- Arrive at least 15 minutes before your test starts.
- Bring your confirmation booking email or letter.
- Bring your valid UK Passport and or Driving Licence as confirmed at the time of booking, remember no ID no Test no Refund or Reschedule.
- After your test, you must keep your Score Report safe as it has important information on it relating to your card application.

Walking away from the Cathedral along Broad Street, Penn House is on the right hand side approximately two thirds of the way down the street. The entrance to the centre is directly opposite the Green Dragon Hotel.
Other Information
Full disabled access; there is a flat entrance from the street and a ramp into the Test Centre. Please note that there are no waiting facilities in the Test Centre for people accompanying candidates.
