Make sure you do the following on the day of the test:
- Arrive at least 15 minutes before your test starts.
- Bring your confirmation booking email or letter.
- Bring your valid UK Passport and or Driving Licence as confirmed at the time of booking, remember no ID no Test no Refund or Reschedule.
- After your test, you must keep your Score Report safe as it has important information on it relating to your card application.

The Test Centre is located at the junction of Silver St and Bank St in the offices opposite Sills & Betteridge Solicitors
The Test Centre is within 5 mins walk of the City Centre bus stops.
Parking
Public parking is available at an NCP car park on Free school Lane (approx. 500m).
Other Information
Disabled access; Wheelchair access is at the rear of the building and via a basement lift. Please contact Pearson Customer Services (0300 200 1122) for wheelchair access to be arranged as staff will need to be contacted to facilitate entry.
Please note that there are no waiting facilities in the Test Centre for people accompanying candidates.
Please be advised there are building works with scaffolding on the external facing of the building which may cause some excessive noise.
