Make sure you do the following on the day of the test:
- Arrive at least 15 minutes before your test starts.
- Bring your confirmation booking email or letter.
- Bring your valid UK Passport and or Driving Licence as confirmed at the time of booking, remember no ID no Test no Refund or Reschedule.
- After your test, you must keep your Score Report safe as it has important information on it relating to your card application.

If you’re planning to travel to the Newcastle CSCS Test Centre by car, the test centre is located on the junction off Collingwood Street and Saint Nicholas Street opposite the Cathedral.

There is no on-site parking at the Newcastle CSCS Test Centre. The nearest parking facility is the uncovered Heywood’s Court car park which costs £2.80 for 2 hours and is a 4 minute walk away (0.3 miles). The test centre is open Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm. There is full disabled access at the centre from the street level entrance on the ground floor followed by a lift to the first floor where the test centre is located.
