Make sure you do the following on the day of the test:
- Arrive at least 15 minutes before your test starts.
- Bring your confirmation booking email or letter.
- Bring your valid UK Passport and or Driving Licence as confirmed at the time of booking, remember no ID no Test no Refund or Reschedule.
- After your test, you must keep your Score Report safe as it has important information on it relating to your card application.

Car
If you’re planning to travel to the Norwich CSCS Test Centre by car, the test centre is located at the top of Prince of Wales Road. The centre is opposite Morgan Jones Pett Solicitors and next door to the PIP Consultation Centre.
Parking
There is no on-site parking at the Norwich CSCS Test Centre. The nearest parking facilities are at the Castle Mall Shopping Centre which is a 5 minute walk away (0.5 miles) at a cost of £2.50 for 2 hours. Parking is also available on Rose Lane for £3.60 for 2 hours which is a 7 minute walk away (0.6 miles).
Bus
There are several bus lines that stop near Prince of Wales Road. These are: 8, 21, 23, 30, and the 501 Park & Ride. The nearest bus stops are on Castle Meadow, Bank Street, and Upper King Street, all of which are a 3-5 minute walk from the test centre. The Norwich Bus Station is also just an 11 minute walk away (0.6 miles).
Train
The nearest railway station to the test centre is Norwich Train Station on Station Approach which is approximately 7 minutes’ walk away (0.4 miles).
Other Information
The test centre is open Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm. There is disabled access at the test centre and if you need assistance with the lift or wheelchair access there is a buzzer at the main entrance. The test centre has no waiting facilities for people accompanying candidates.
