Lines are open from 08:00 to 18:00 Mondays to Fridays.
Test times may differ.
Please also note that the CSCS CITB phone booking lines are not open on Bank Holidays.

Make sure you do the following on the day of the test:

• Arrive at least 15 minutes before your test starts.
• Bring your confirmation booking email or letter.
• Bring your valid UK Passport and or Driving Licence as confirmed at the time of booking, remember no ID no Test no Refund or Reschedule.
• After your test, you must keep your Score Report safe as it has important information on it relating to your card application.
